Hello Everyone, Thai Oasis (and Balance Acupuncture) will remain OPEN 7 days a week during the Ontario Step 2 of Reopening Roadmap.

Please wear a mask when you come in. The mask will have to be kept on for the duration of the treatment (no exceptions). You will be screened prior to the appointment. Our therapists will also be wearing a mask and all treatment rooms will disinfected thoroughly between each client.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment begins. New clients for RMT Massage and Acupuncture: you will have to fill out a health history and consent form prior to your appointment. LATE ARRIVAL: The therapist may reduce the duration of your massage in respect for the next client, and charge you for the full amount you booked. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we have time to fill in the space with our clients on the waitlist. All therapists are self-employed and are paid by commission, which means if you don't show up without letting us know beforehand, they will lose the income for that time slot.

Note: NO insurance receipt will be provided for non-RMT services. If you need a receipt, please select a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). We do not offer direct billing at this time. Only a receipt will be provided for RMT or R.Ac services.
